There are no data back-up costs for a business loaded on the platform, and there are also opportunities to earn extra revenue via referral models for Life & Investments and Healthcare product solutions. Product Provider Support Model
We offer portfolio management services to insurers and UMAs, which include project managing the migration of small independent brokers to the Tial platform. Quotes on risks (as per insurer guidelines) are provided and complex risks are referred as per insurer mandate and referral SLA.
Regional account executives will service brokers and manage insurer communication to brokers. In addition there is a centralised email and telephonic support system for queries.
We conduct quality assurance reviews, and there are monthly reports to insurers regarding a broker’s portfolio performance and the risk exposures. Based on an analysis of the broker’s books, along with market trends and customer insights, an insurer will be provided with recommended growth and risk mitigation campaigns.
Product providers also enjoy service offerings that incorporate product R&D and deployment capabilities, data/geo analytics and customer insight solutions, include product training, and provide support to increase geographic footprint and improve spread of risk.
